A roof works as a system: decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation and the finished surface all depend on each other. When one part is neglected the others wear faster, which is why we always look at the whole roof — not just the spot that is leaking.
What You Will Do
- Work as part of a 4–6 person install crew
- Follow our fall-protection and site-safety plan
- Keep job sites tidy and customers informed
- Learn new systems: metal, tile and low-slope

What You Bring
- Comfortable working at height with fall protection
- Basic hand and power tool skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- A team-first attitude and good communication
Nice To Have
- OSHA 10 or equivalent safety training
- Experience with shingles, metal or tile
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Interest in leading a crew one day
